And so it begins, “the Learning Curve” launch

I’ve launched a podcast with a few women that I’ve known at different parts of my life. These women are people that I have listened to and observed using their voices to talk about the things that most people turn away from because it may be hard or uncomfortable to talk about. I’m grateful to have been able to get them together to get this started.

The plan is to have people from all walks of life that understand activism can be done in many ways and they are using their purpose in life to do so. I meet so many people in my life and when I meet the ones that are hungry to make a difference, that lights me up inside. That is the type of energy I want in a group that I can call my tribe.

When I got the young women together, I asked them what are ways that I can help them grow by coming together. The things I do in life are always for a reason that is bigger than me. We all deserve to be loved, heard and seen. I want to understand the people that I commune with so that I can make sure I am giving to them what they need, especially if they are joining me in something I am creating. We can all thrive.
